Monitoring

Monitoring-Guy-2.jpgOur clients benefit from our state-of-the-art, NZ graded, control centre with trained operators onsite 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Signals received into our monitoring stations are identified by type such as fire, burglary, emergency and so forth, ensuring that the proper response can be made.

We monitor 24 hours a day:

Burglar Alarms All commercial and residential security systems.

CCTV Closed Circuit Television is a television system in which signals are not publicly distributed; cameras are connected to a television monitor enabling us to view live action from our client property in our control room. Some of our clients select for us to make tannoy announcements via the internet in real-time to deter intruders as they step over the boundary. Our teams will monitor your property 24/7.

Climate Alerts Many clients have freezer temperature alarms, some have perimeter beams around their properties and some have overflow sensors on large liquid tanks. Whatever your requirement, we should be able to install, maintain and monitor it for you.

GPS Tracking

HSM supply and install Global Positioning Systems (GPS) Tracking Units. A GPS tracking unit is a device that uses the Global Positioning System to determine the exact location of a vehicle, person, or other asset to which it is attached. HSM monitor the GPS tracking unit, record it's whereabouts and provide you with reports informing you where it stopped and for how long during a 24 hour period. A majority of our clients who use this system for their vehicles have said the advantages have been a huge reduction in fuel bills, better vehicle management, reduced vehicle damage and insurance claims and lower mileage.

We monitor Personal GPS Tracking systems for councils including parking wardens and animal control. Whatever it is you need to track HSM can install the unit, monitor and provide you with tracking reports.

Home Detention The electronic home monitoring system is a small tracking device that is usually worn around the ankle or it can be worn on the wrist. A base unit located in the home detects and records signals directly to the monitoring station, if the device is inactive for a certain period of time or moves outside of the legal perimeter then it activates an alarm which is received in the monitoring station, a guard is dispatched and police notified.

Medical Alarms Whatever your condition we will monitor you 24 hours a day and respond accordingly when you need help.

Other Areas We monitor not only break-ins and panic alarms, as well as fire and heat activations. Other signals we can receive from the alarm system include battery failure, power outages, phone lines being cut, opening and closing times for business, out of hours use of alarms systems and much more.
